How to Recover Contacts from Broken Samsung Phone

I need help. I broke the screen to my Samsung Galaxy S3, and I need some ways to recover the contacts on it. I've tried every way I know. I feel so sad about it because it has been used for some years and I didn't make any backup of these contacts.
